By accessing or using our credit card to bank transfer services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Services Description

Itspaids provides a platform to facilitate the transfer of funds from credit cards to bank accounts. We process transactions securely and ensure funds are deposited into the designated beneficiary bank account, subject to standard banking clearing times (typically IMPS/NEFT).

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the transaction process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be the authorized holder of the credit card used.
• You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

4. Fees and Payments

We charge a processing fee for each transaction, which is displayed clearly before you confirm the transfer. This fee covers payment gateway charges and our service fee. All fees are non-refundable once a transaction is successfully processed.

5. Transaction Limits

We reserve the right to impose limits on the amount you can transfer in a single transaction or over a certain period. These limits may be adjusted at our discretion for security purposes.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
